These terms cover the use of wellfix.ae and requests you send through the site. They do not replace a written quote or work agreement for a specific job. If a signed document and this page disagree on that job, the signed document leads.
The website
wellfix.ae is a public site for WellFix, a property repair and maintenance team working in Dubai and across the UAE. Pages describe services in general terms. They are not a catalogue with fixed prices or guaranteed start dates.
You may browse in English, Russian, or Arabic. Keep the same meaning in mind: the site is information plus a way to contact us.
Quotes and contact
The form, Call, and WhatsApp (+971 52 574 6963) are ways to ask for a quote or to discuss a job. Sending a request does not book a slot and does not create a contract for works.
We reply when we can. We may ask for photos, access details, or a site visit before we give a figure. Any price we give is for the scope we discussed. Extra work is agreed separately.
Give contact details that we can actually use. Do not submit other people's data unless you are allowed to do so.
Work we carry out
On-site work, materials, access, and payment are agreed for each job - usually after a quote you accept. Timelines depend on the property, materials, and what we find once work starts. We do not publish fake “done in 24 hours” promises on this site.
You are responsible for lawful access to the property and for telling us about constraints that affect the work (occupied units, working hours, existing damage you already know about).
Website content
Text, layout, and brand marks on wellfix.ae belong to WellFix unless we say otherwise. You may share a page link. You may not copy the site to run a competing service listing, scrape it at a volume that harms the host, or present our pages as your own.
Service descriptions can change as we update the catalogue. Older printouts may not match the live page.
Third-party sites
Links to WhatsApp or other tools take you off this site. Their own terms apply there.
Liability for the website
We take care with the information on wellfix.ae, but the site is provided as a public brochure. It may be unavailable at times (hosting, maintenance, or attacks). We are not liable for decisions you make only from a page without speaking to us, or for loss caused by downtime of the website itself.
Nothing here limits liability that UAE law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes about using the site are handled in the UAE.
Changes
We may update these terms when the site or our process changes. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new text for website use. Existing signed job agreements stay as they were, unless that agreement says otherwise.
