This policy explains how WellFix uses personal information when you visit wellfix.ae or send a service request. It describes what we actually collect on this website. It is not a list of tools we do not use.
Who we are
WellFix provides property repair and maintenance services in Dubai and across the UAE. The website wellfix.ae is our public site. You can reach us by Call or WhatsApp at +971 52 574 6963. If an email address is shown on the Contact page, you may use that as well.
What we collect from the quote form
When you submit the form, we receive the fields you fill in:
- Name and phone number (required)
- Email, area, and message (optional)
- The page you sent the request from, the service title if you were on a service page, and the language of that page
We use a hidden field to catch automated spam. If that field is filled, we do not treat the submission as a real request.
Other technical data
Our hosting and the form endpoint may see your IP address for a short time to limit abuse (too many requests in a short window). We do not run a separate marketing analytics product on this site, and we do not ask you to create an account.
Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may process connection data as part of delivering pages and stopping attacks. Resend delivers the form message to our inbox as an email.
Why we use this information
We use quote-form details to:
- Reply to you by phone, WhatsApp, or email
- Understand which service or page you were looking at
- Prepare a scope discussion and a quote
- Keep a record of the request while we handle it
We do not sell your contact details. We do not use this form to send unrelated advertising lists.
Cookies
This website does not set its own tracking cookies for ads or audience profiling. The host may set strictly technical cookies needed to run the site or protect it. Your browser can block cookies; some site features may then fail.
How long we keep it
We keep a request as long as we need it to answer you and, if work goes ahead, to complete that job. We do not publish a fixed retention calendar here because it depends on whether you become a client. You can ask us to update or delete a request that is still only a quote enquiry.
Who we share it with
WellFix staff who handle enquiries see your message. Email delivery uses Resend. Hosting uses Cloudflare. If a job needs a specialist on our side, we share only what they need to quote or carry out the work. We may disclose information if UAE law requires it.
Your choices
You do not have to use the form. You can Call or WhatsApp +971 52 574 6963 instead. You can skip optional fields. If you want us to correct or remove details you sent through the site, contact us and say which request it was (name, phone, and approximate date help).
Children
The site is for property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this form.
Changes
We may update this page when the site or our process changes. The date at the top will change when we do.
